Settler assault on the village of Deir Jarir

West Bank, Ramallah, Deir Jarir 25 December, 2025
On December 25, several incidents were carried out by violent settlers in Deir Jarir, north of the city of Ramallah. An Israeli settler has rammed an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) into a Palestinian man, while he was kneeling in prayer on the side of a road. Footage circulated by Palestinian media outlets on Thursday showed the settler, carrying a rifle, driving directly into the praying man. The Palestinian was knocked to the ground and left lying injured as the settler dismounted, shouted at him, and ordered him to leave the area before driving away. Settler identified as Israeli military reservist. At least five settlers threw stones and fired a gun inside Deir Jarir earlier in the day, wounding a young Palestinian man. Reports of additional injuries were still being examined. **IDF statement:** The IDF confirmed Thursday that the Israeli seen in the footage was a reserve soldier, and said that his weapon was confiscated and his service suspended following the incident. An initial military probe also found that the same reservist had earlier opened fire inside the village, while dressed in civilian clothes. The incidents were under investigation and will be transferred to the relevant authorities in accordance with the findings. The military stated that it strongly condemns “all manifestations of violence” and stressed that its soldiers and commanders are required to act in accordance with the IDF code of ethics. On Friday, police said he had been arrested on Thursday night and placed under house arrest for five days. **Aftermath:** Majdi Abu Mokho, the father of the injured Palestinian by ATV, said his son suffered pain in both legs after being struck. He identified the assailant as a settler, who had set up an outpost near the village and regularly provoked residents by blocking roads and grazing livestock nearby. **Broader context:** Deir Jarir is a Palestinian town in the central West Bank, located in the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate. It lies northeast of Ramallah, roughly 13–15 km from the city center. The town is mostly agricultural, with surrounding hills and farmland. It is part of the area under Palestinian Authority administration (Area B and C mix).

Military raid on Qalanqiya and Kafr Aqab

West Bank, East Jerusalem/Al-Quds 23 Dec, 2025 - 24 Dec, 2025
On December 23, 2025, Israeli forces carried out a large-scale raid on the Qalandiya refugee camp and the town of Kafr Aqab. The operation involved troops storming shops and residential areas, using stun grenades and tear gas, which resulted in multiple injuries. Soldiers also converted several homes into temporary military outposts, forcing families to evacuate. During this large-scale incursion in Qalandiya and Kafr Aqab, at least 24 Palestinians were injured, some by live ammunition and others by tear gas. Several Palestinians were also detained, including Anan Mohammed Taha and his father, Mohammed Taha, both residents of the Qalandiya refugee camp. The raid was accompanied by the deployment of military vehicles and bulldozers. Israeli forces raided Palestinian stores and shops, destroying some signs and advertising billboards in what residents described as an attempt to further cripple the Palestinian economy. In addition to the demolitions, Israeli forces confiscated goods from commercial shops in the Qalandiya refugee camp, Kafr Aqab, and parts of northern Jerusalem, citing alleged unpaid municipal taxes. Municipal taxes (called arnona in Hebrew) are local city taxes levied on property and businesses in Jerusalem. All residents and business owners are supposed to pay them if they fall under Jerusalem’s municipal jurisdiction Most Palestinians living in these areas hold Jerusalem residency identification cards. Residents say they are subject to high municipal taxes while receiving very limited basic services in return. Indeed, holding these IDs doesn’t make them citizens, and the areas they live in — like Kafr Aqab and Qalandiya — are often disconnected from the rest of the city by the separation wall and checkpoints **Qalandiya / Qalandia Refugee Camp:** Israeli forces undertook a military operation involving incursions, demolition of shops, and clashes with residents. Israeli forces also stormed the youth club inside the Qalandiya refugee camp and turned the facility into a military base. The soldiers also closed the Qalandiya military checkpoint. **Kafr Aqab:** Troops extended the operation into the town, conducting searches, pushing out families, and deploying heavily in residential zones. Israeli forces ordered several families to evacuate their homes, with at least three houses converted into temporary military outposts. Homeowners were reportedly told the operation would continue until at least Wednesday morning. Journalists covering the operation were also targeted, including Al Jazeera Arabic reporters, with Israeli forces firing stun grenades and tear gas canisters in their direction. According to the Jerusalem governorate authorities, stun grenades were also fired directly towards students in the area as they were returning home from school. **Casulaties:** Medical sources reported Palestinians were wounded by live fire, rubber bullets, and tear gas during these raids. At least three Palestinians were injured by Israeli forces’ gunfire, in addition to dozens of cases of suffocation caused by the firing of tear gas and stun grenades. **Broader context:** Kafr Aqab was once part of Jerusalem, and its Palestinian residents hold Israeli residency status. However, in the early 2000s, Israel decided to exclude the area from the city by rerouting the Separation Wall so that Kafr Aqab fell outside Jerusalem’s municipal boundaries. This redrawing of the boundary significantly intensified the ghettoization of Kafr Aqab, leaving the neighborhood physically and administratively cut off from the city.

Ambush and summary execution of Rayan Muhammad Abu Mualla 16 y/o in Qabatiya

West Bank, Jenin, Qabatiya 20 December, 2025
At least 1 martyred
On December 20, 2025, in Qabatiya, Jenin, West Bank, Muhammad Abu Mualla, 16, succumbed to his wounds after being shot by an Israeli soldier during a raid on the town. CCTV footage shows him unarmed, walking home in Qabatiya, when Israeli soldiers, posted in ambush at the corner of a street, fired at him at close range. He was shot directly, and paramedics were blocked from providing assistance. His body was seized after he bled to death. **IDF spin:** *"In a continuous offensive effort in the Menashe Brigade: Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit eliminates two terrorists within minutes. During offensive activity by the Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit a short time ago in the Qabatiya area in the Menashe Brigade, a terrorist threw a brick at the force. The force responded with gunfire and eliminated the terrorist. In parallel, during another activity in the Silet al-Harithiya area in the Menashe Brigade, a terrorist threw an explosive charge at the force. The force responded with gunfire and eliminated the terrorist. In both incidents, there were no casualties among our forces."* **Defense for Children - Palestine's investigation:** "Rayan Mohammad AbdelQader Abu Mualla, 16, was shot and killed by Israeli forces around 7 p.m. on December 20 in the Palestinian town of Qabatiya, southwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank, according to documentation collected by Defense for Children International - Palestine. Rayan was among a group of Palestinian boys and youths gathered in an alleyway east of the main road in the Al-Saba’na neighborhood, as military vehicles repeatedly drove back and forth along the neighborhood’s main road. Rayan and the others were not involved in any confrontation, but were unable to return home due to the presence of the military vehicle. According to witnesses, the soldiers became aware of the youths trapped inside the alley. The military vehicle continued moving in the road before stopping at the end of it, about 200 meters from the alley’s entrance off the main road. Three soldiers then exited from the military vehicles. The soldiers deliberately turned off the engine of the military vehicle, attempting to avoid alerting the youths that the forces withdrew from the area. Two soldiers then positioned themselves next to a wall located on the main street, which intersects with the entrance to the alley. According to a circulated CCTV, Rayan exited the alley and began walking along the side road toward the main street. When he was about two meters (7 feet) from the main street, soldiers came out from behind a wall and fired at him at close range, striking him and causing him to fall to the ground. Rayan left bleeding for 20 to 30 minutes while he was surrounded by the soldiers, who prevented the ambulance from approaching. The soldiers then placed Rayan inside a military vehicle, then left the area. The Ministry of Health announced the death of Rayan Abu Mualla at 8 p.m. and that his body was being held by the Israeli army. Israeli forces entered Qabatiya around 6:30 p.m. with two heavily armored military vehicles and deployed in several neighborhoods, deliberately blaring their sirens and making noise disturbances. No clashes broke out in the town during the incursion. The forces withdrew from the town at around 7:30 p.m. Due to the confiscation of Rayan’s body, DCIP is not able to verify the location or number of bullet wounds that he sustained". **Obituary of a Martyred Student by Directorate of Education - Qabatiya:** "And do not think of those who were killed in the way of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision." *"With hearts full of faith in God’s decree and destiny, the family of the Qabatya Directorate of Education, represented by its Director General Mr. Ahmed Jarrara, and all the administrative and educational staff of the Directorate, mourn the martyred student Ryan Muhammad Abdel Qader Abu Ma’la, 11th grade “Literary” class, from Martyr Izzat Abu Rab Secondary School for Boys – Qabatya. In this great loss, the Qabatya Directorate of Education extends its deepest condolences to his parents, family, classmates, teachers, and the people of Qabatya in general, praying to Allah Almighty to grant the deceased His vast mercy, and to inspire his family with patience and solace. Truly, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return."* **Defense for Children - Palestine statement:** *"Israeli forces and settlers have killed 56 Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank in 2025, according to documentation collected by DCIP. Israeli forces have withheld the bodies of at least 63 Palestinian children since June 2016, according to documentation collected by DCIP. Six of the children’s bodies have since been released to their families, while 57 Palestinian children’s bodies remain withheld by Israeli authorities. Israel’s practice of withholding Palestinian bodies is a form of collective punishment, a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, and deprives Palestinian families of the ability to lay their children to rest. In September 2019, the Israeli Supreme Court approved the practice of confiscating human remains after several legal challenges to the policy. On November 27, 2019, Israeli Defense Minister Naftali Bennett ordered all bodies of Palestinians alleged to have attacked Israeli citizens or soldiers to be withheld and not returned to their families. Decades of systemic impunity has created a situation where Israeli forces shoot to kill without limit. As Palestinian children are increasingly targets in the West Bank, Israeli forces’ rules of engagement seemingly allow direct targeting of Palestinian children where no threat exists to justify the use of intentional lethal force."* **B'tselem's investigation:** *"On Saturday, 20 December 2025, Israeli forces raided the town of Qabatiya in the West Bank. Local youths responded by throwing stones at the armored jeeps. During the raid, and after the stone-throwing had ceased, a soldier shot 16 year old Rayan Abu M’ala. Eyewitnesses heard 3–5 shots fired from close range. The Israeli military claimed that the shooting was a response to Abu M’ala throwing a brick at the forces. However, footage from the scene refutes this claim. After the shooting, soldiers prevented a Palestinian ambulance from evacuating Abu M’ala, leaving him on the ground for about half an hour. He was later taken in a military jeep. His body has been held by Israel ever since. This is not an isolated case, but a direct result of a permissive open-fire policy in the West Bank. Since October 2023, Israel has killed 1,022 Palestinians in the West Bank, including 221 minors. Under Israel’s apartheid regime, Palestinian lives continue to be treated as expendable. Even when killings are carried out in front of cameras, and when it is clear they were committed in violation of the rules and the law, no one is held accountable. The international community has a duty to do everything in its power to stop Israel’s crimes."* **Full name of the martyr:** Rayan Muhammad Abdel Qader Abu Mualla **Geolocation:** By Anno Nemo: Israeli soldiers shoot and kill a Palstinian from a close distance in the Al-Saba'neh neighborhood of Qabatiya, Jenin Governorate, occupied #WestBank 32.407649, 35.278403 Street-level: Mapillary Satellite: Geomolg

At least 1 martyred
On December 15, 2025, Israeli forces killed Sabah, 16 y/à, during a military raid on the town of Tuq', southeast of Bethelehem. Israeli forces entered the town of Tuqu' on December 15 from its western entrance, proceeding to the town center, where they fired tear gas and live ammunition at residents when Ammar was shot. The liaison office claimed that the shooting occurred after a Palestinian person allegedly threw a large stone at soldiers. Following the funeral and burial of Ammar, clashes erupted near the northeastern entrance to the town, resulting in yet another killing of a Palestinian youth.

Settlers’ attack on a pregnant woman and her children

48 Palestine, Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Israel 13 Dec, 2025 - 14 Dec, 2025
**On December 13**, 2025 in Jaffa, Israel, a pregnant Arab Palestinian woman and her children were attacked and sprayed with pepper spray by individuals described as Jewish attackers or settlers while in their car. The incident sparked protests by hundreds of Arab residents in the city, denouncing the assault as racist violence. Israeli police opened an investigation, though no immediate arrests were reported. The attack has been widely cited as an example of rising tensions and settler-related violence in mixed cities like Jaffa. The main victim is a nine-month-pregnant Palestinian/Arab Israeli woman, 30-year-old, called Hanan Abu Shehadeh. **On December 14**, dozen of protesters marched to the site of the attack while chanting: “Tell the Shin Bet dogs we’re not afraid of conflict,” referring to Israel’s internal security agency. Speaking to the protesters, former Knesset member and former Tel Aviv-Jaffa council member Sami Abu Shehadeh accused the government of complicity in the attack, which he said included verbal abuse and spitting on the woman: “This assault is not an individual incident, but rather a new episode in a systematic policy targeting the people of Jaffa and our Palestinian nation at large.". At least 10 Palestinians from Yaffa were arrested by Israeli occupation police over their participation in a protest condemning the settlers’ attack on a pregnant woman and her children yesterday. **On December 13**, 2025 in Jaffa, Israel, a pregnant Arab Palestinian woman and her children were attacked and sprayed with pepper spray by individuals described as Jewish attackers or settlers while in their car. The three settlers are affiliated with the Hilltop Youth terrorist group and are banned from entering the West Bank. **B'tselem investigation and statement:** *Last Saturday, 13 December, three Israeli settler teens attacked a nine-month pregnant Palestinian woman and her children in Jaffa. According to the Israeli police, the attackers are settler youth from the West Bank. The three are apparently linked to the local “garin torani” or “religious hub” – state-funded religious-nationalist settler centers, many of them established in the heart of Palestinian neighborhoods inside Israel in order to assert Jewish dominance and control over the urban space. Hundreds of Jaffa residents launched a protest against the ongoing violence by the “garin”, demanding the arrest of the attackers. Under the leadership of Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir, the police chose instead to arrest the Palestinian protesters. Seventeen residents were detained, including several religious and community leaders. Only after significant public pressure generated by the protests and by a strike led by Jaffa residents, were the Palestinian detainees released and the attackers arrested. These events in Jaffa show once again that violence and oppression against Palestinians take different forms in Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and inside Israel, but are all part of the same system. Israel’s apartheid regime, which controls the entire area between the river and the sea, and is working in various ways to entrench Jewish supremacy. Violence, dispossession, seizure of space, cultural and political repression and systemic discrimination are all viewed as legitimate tools in Israel. The Israeli authorities’ support and encouragement of these settler hubs within Israel make it clear: they are not a fringe phenomenon, but state policy across all the territories under Israeli control."*

Gaza babies die from hypothermia (Winter 25-26)

Gaza 11 December, 2025
At least 4 martyred
Palestinians living in makeshift tents have little protection from strong winds and rain, as most shelters are made of thin canvas and plastic sheeting while Israel continues to limit the number of tents and sustainable shelters entering Gaza, in violation of the ceasefire it agreed with Hamas in October as well as its obligations under international law as the occupying power in the Strip. It has also blocked other vital necessities, such as mobile homes, as well as tools and materials to fix damaged tents. Temperatures at night in Gaza have fallen to as low as nine degrees Celsius (48 degrees Fahrenheit) in recent days. Waves of extreme cold coincide with the ongoing siege and the widespread destruction of homes and infrastructure. More than 1.5 million Palestinians have been displaced into camps that lack even the most basic necessities of humane living. There is a severe shortage of blankets and winter clothing, along with continued restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid. On January 11, 2025, the death toll from severe cold in forced displacement camps has risen to 21 Palestinians babies including the 16 who died during the previous winter. **Gaza’s Civil Defence statement on January 10:** Gaza’s Civil Defence warns storms become humanitarian disasters due to blocked building materials and halted reconstruction. Thousands of tents and temporary shelters have been seriously damaged. Citizens are urged to secure their tents; mobile homes are not allowed in. Palestinians are forced to set up tents on beaches due to lack of space in cities after extensive destruction. Crisis is man-made, not just weather-related. ### **List of the martyrs:** **December 11, 2025,** Rahaf Abu Jazar, 8 months old, in Khan Younis due to the cold and the flooding of her tent with rainwater. **December 18, 2025**, 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, Said Asa’id Abdeen, 29-day-old infant died from extreme cold. He had no prior illness. Freezing temperatures caused blood to clot, stopping his heart. His father, Asa’id Abdeen (42), rushed him to Nasser hospital—but the cold was relentless. **On January 10, 2026:** Mahmoud Al Aqraa (7 days), One-week-old Palestinian infant Mahmoud al Akra died due to cold weather in Deir al Balah, central Gaza. The baby's body was brought to Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital for funeral rites, as grieving relatives mourned his death. **On January 11, 2026:** Mohammed Wissam Abu Harbeed (two months old) in Gaza City due to the severe cold. He was less than a month old. He froze to death this morning in a displacement camp in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip

Ben Gvir overseeing a demolition order at the historic gravesite of Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam

48 Palestine, Haifa, Israel 11 Dec, 2025 - 12 Dec, 2025
On 11–12 December 2025, Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir oversaw and publicized a raid on the gravesite of Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam — a pre-1948 Arab nationalist and resistance leader — located in an Islamic cemetery in the Nesher/Haifa area. Israeli police and land authority inspectors dismantled an "unauthorized tent", signs, and surveillance equipment erected by the Islamic waqf near the gravesite. A large numbers of Israeli police dismantled the tent at the al-Qassam tomb despite adverse weather conditions. officers also removed a historical sign marking the tomb and a solar-powered unit, citing a demolition order. Ben Gvir posted video and statements on social media highlighting this action as a “first step” toward what he has long called for: the removal or demolition of the grave itself. Ben Gvir has repeatedly called for the grave’s demolition, framing it as part of asserting “sovereignty” and erasing what he terms “incitement”. He has publicly said the gravesite “must be removed” and described the operation on the cemetery as a first step toward that goal. A reason given is that "The Gaza-based Hamas terrorist group later named its armed wing, as well as its rockets, after" Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam. **Yitzhak Kroizer statement on Augustus 5:** Newly appointed committee chairman of Ben-Gvir’s Otzma Yehudit party scheduled the hearing on the grave’s removal as the first discussion of his new term: “We must remove the disgrace and moral stain that the father of terrorism, Izz ad-Din al-Qassam, is buried on state land. Therefore, I will hold the first hearing in the Interior Committee on the removal of the grave of the arch-terrorist,” (...) “Our demand is to move his grave or use it as a bargaining chip in negotiations to return the kidnapped. Alternatively, he will be buried in a cemetery for terrorists,” **Historical context** Sheikh Izz ad-Din al-Qassam was a Syrian-born leader of armed resistance against British colonial rule and early Zionist settlement in Mandatory Palestine in the 1930s. He was killed by British forces in 1935 and buried in what was then the Arab village of Balad al-Sheikh. That village was depopulated in 1948 during the Nakba, and its lands are now within the Israeli city of Nesher near Haifa. The cemetery where his grave lies is part of that historic site. **Response of the Nesher municipality on August 12, 2025:** "Nesher municipality Mayor's office in honor of: Minister of Internal Security Mr. Itamar Ben-Gvir ibengvir@knesset.gov.il via email Subject: Request to remove the grave of Izz ad-Din al-Qasim from the shrine and dismantle the tent erected there Honorable Minister, Hello, Father, abbot Following the debate held today in the Knesset and in the spirit of your words as Minister of Public Security, I would like to request that an immediate date be set for the evacuation of the grave of the arch-terrorist Izz ad-Din al-Qassem and the dismantling of the tent erected around him. To avoid any doubt - the land on which the grave is located is owned by the state (Israel Land Administration) and does not belong to the Nesher Municipality. I would like to receive the date of implementation, so that we can coordinate with the developer on the adjacent land the construction of the separation fence between the cemetery and its area, in accordance with the ruling given on the subject, and thus assist in the development of the city of Nesher. I am confident that you will act decisively and quickly, so that the discussion will not remain on paper, but will be translated into actions on the ground immediately. greetings, Roy Levy mayor Copies: Chairman of the Interior and Environmental Protection Committee, Hayek Yitzhak Kreuzer vkroyzer@knesset.gov.il Deputy Speaker of the Knesset, Haik Limor Sun Har-Malech, Isun.har@knesset.gov.il" **Palestinian statements:** Palestinian and Islamist groups — including Hamas — condemned Ben Gvir’s actions and threats, calling them desecration of a sacred site and an attempt to erase Palestinian historical memory. They describe the cemetery and the grave as historic and symbolic of resistance predating 1948. **The Loyalty and Reform Party statement:** The party warned that Israeli institutions were working in concert to erase what remains of the cemetery. It noted that some Israeli politicians had openly threatened to remove al-Qassam’s grave, where he was buried before the 1948 Nakba after being killed during the Palestinian struggle against British colonial rule. The party condemned the actions as part of a broader campaign targeting Arab and Palestinian heritage sites, calling for a unified response to what it described as an escalating assault on Islamic and Palestinian landmarks.

Violent settlers and soldiers attack in the Al-Khalayel area of Al-Mughayyir village

West Bank, Ramallah, Al-Mughayyir, Al-Khalayleh 07 Dec, 2025 - 11 Dec, 2025
Al-Khalayleh Community (al-Mughayyir area) is a small, family-based Palestinian community located on the eastern outskirts of al-Mughayyir village, northeast of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank. It is not an officially recognized village, but a cluster of homes and agricultural lands belonging to families of the Khalayleh clan, who are part of al-Mughayyir socially and administratively. The area lies largely in Area C and is close to Israeli settler outposts, making it especially vulnerable. Residents depend mainly on farming and grazing and face frequent settler attacks, land destruction, intimidation, and threats of displacement, often occurring during or alongside Israeli military presence. Al-Mughayyer has faced intensified settler and military violence in recent months. Notably, on August 22–23, 2025, the Israeli army uprooted thousands of olive trees east of the village on orders from Major General Avi Bluth, head of Israel’s Central Command, described at the time as collective punishment. Similar settler attacks and tree uprootings have continued, often coordinated with military raids, targeting both the eastern and western sides of the village. **List of settlements and outposts near Al-Mugghayyir:** 1. 1998: Adei Ad -> Early outpost linked to settler pressure near Rast Ramallah region 2. 2015:Malachi HaShalom -> Core outpost affecting al‑Mughayyir and Duma 3. 2020: Rashash Farm -> Expansion of Malachi HaShalom presence 4. 2023: Rosh HaTe’ina -> Continued expansion of farm outposts 5. 2023: (July) Tent outpost near al‑Qaboun -> Informal site east of al‑Mughayyir 6. May–June 2025: Tent outpost near village Another informal site near al‑Mughayyir ### **On December 7, 2025:** In the early hours of Sunday, December 7, 2025, at around 1:40 a.m., eight masked Israeli settlers armed with clubs attacked the Abu Hamam (Abu Naim) family home on the outskirts of al-Mughayyer village, east of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank. The attack injured six people: Riziq Abu Naim (13), Fadda Abu Naim (59), and four international solidarity activists from the UK, France, and Colombia–US. All sustained bruises and head and body wounds and were evacuated to Ramallah Hospital. During the assault, settlers threatened to return and burn the family’s homes if they did not leave the area within two days. The attack occurred shortly after an Israeli military raid on the village and ended before the army withdrew. During and after the assault, Israeli soldiers prevented medics and residents from reaching the injured, threatening medics with arrest. The military raid involved patrols only and no arrests. **According to Mistaclim:** “You have two days to leave, or we will kill you.” Zionist settlers issue death threats to a Palestinian family and foreign peace activists in coordinated terror attack near Ramallah At dawn today, armed Zionist Israeli settler militias launched a violent attack in the Al-Khalayleh area of Al-Mughayyir village (Ramallah district in the occupied West Bank), targeting a Palestinian family and four foreign peace activists (Italian, British, and American). Settlers stormed the home and farm of the Abu Hammam Rizq Abu Naim family in a white pickup, brutally beating the child Rizq Hammam on the head, assaulting his mother, breaking one foreign activist’s arm, attacking solidarity volunteers with sticks, and stealing activists’ phones. The attack unfolded under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, who sealed off village entrances, allowed settlers to freely carry out the attack, and blocked Palestinian ambulances from reaching the wounded. For hours, the Silwad ambulance crew was detained at the Beit El military barrier while transporting injured victims; occupation soldiers later vandalized and destroyed the interior of the municipal ambulance and abducted ambulance officer Ahed Smeirat. An elderly resident, Fida Rizq, testified: “When they saw me, they brutally struck me on the head with a tile, threw me to the ground, and started to brutally beat me with sticks. They told us: ‘You have only two days to leave; if we see you here, we will burn you in the house and kill all of you.’” ### **On December 8, 2025:** Israeli forces carried out a brutal attack on Palestinian villages and farmers. Settlers are stealing the barns and tents of farmers and shepherds in the al-Khalayel area. ### **On December 10 and 11, 2025:** A teenager from Israeli settler community deliberately ran over a French peace activist in the Al-Khalayel area, causing her injuries. In the same area, settlers pointed rifles loaded with live ammunition at peace activists. Later that night, Israeli forces kidnapped two foreign activists, an American and an Australian, and declared the area a closed military zone, ordering all solidarity activists to evacuate within one hour under threat of arrest.
