In the afternoon, an Israeli airstrike targeted the Hafsa school in the Shadia Abu Ghazala Schools complex in Al-Faluja area of Jabalia. Like other schools, thousands of displaced people were sheltering here. Journalist Abdelqader Sabbah documented that the point of impact of the Israeli airstrikea, where most of the victims were found piled up, was a **gathering at food kiosks** in the school courtyard. Journalist Islam Bader confirmed that and added that right next to the kiosk there was a **food a bank, and two ladies baking bread**. On September 25, 2024, footage surfaced from IDF soldiers showing them palcing explosive barrels and setting them up leisurely before blowign the mosque. Footage shows the mosque was deserted and no claim was made about anything being found inside, and its surroundings have been completely razed by the IDF. On September 25 in the morning, the Israeli forces stormed Jenin City and its refugee camp and laid siege to hospitals.
