"Courtney Bonneau (@Cbonneauimages) independent photojournalist and VPol contributor, reports from the border towns of Yaroun, Kfarkela, Odaisseh, and Maroun al-Ras in South Lebanon. ￭ Against the backdrop of Israel's violations of the so-called ceasefire since 2024, Bonneau documents near the site in Yaroun where dozens of Israeli settlers linked to the “Ori Tsafon” movement reportedly crossed the border fence and carried out symbolic tree-planting in Lebanese territory, while publicly advocating the renewed occupation of South Lebanon and the expansion of settlements. ￭ In her report, she explained that the Israeli occupation has sprayed unknown chemicals onto Lebanese farmland, in an act of aggression against Lebanon. ￭ As Bonneau explains, Israeli forces are always raiding South Lebanon and detonating civilian houses." - Source
