"Jabalia refugee camp, the largest camp in the Gaza Strip, now lies almost entirely devastated, with its residents scattered and still living as displaced families in tents across Gaza and in the south. From northern Gaza, voices on the ground stress that restoring life in the camp must become the priority rebuilding water networks, ensuring food and health support, and reopening schools to make return possible.
